Qvest Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead global broadcast and media projects. You will coordinate with internal experts, consultants and system architects to manage complex technical initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets and milestones are met.

The role offers a dynamic, international environment with professional development opportunities. You will support project communication with customers and suppliers, lead teams, and oversee project management software and ERP reporting.

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies or comparable training.
• Knowledge in project management with long-term tech project experience.
• PM certifications desired (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS).
• Knowledge of PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2 and ITIL.
• Knowledge of VOB is an advantage.
• Strong communicative, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Project and Office applications.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Very good proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Project management, monitoring and documentation of transformation and infrastructure projects in media, IT and entertainment sectors.
• Define and fulfill project goals in terms of time, cost and quality.
• Manage communications with customers, suppliers and participants.
• Coordinate commercially with sales and technology/system integration teams.
• Assemble and lead project teams and external staff.
• Maintain project management software (BlueAnt) and ERP reporting (AP+).
• Create, update, publish and file project documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio.
