• 12-15+ years’ experience in media planning, communications planning, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience with global, regional, or multi-market clients; strong B2C experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams and senior client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of best-in-class global communications plans for B2C and B2B priorities.
• Translate client objectives into clear media objectives, audience strategies, channel roles, and activation approaches.
• Partner with the Global Strategy Lead and Creative Agency to ensure strategic alignment across markets.
• Lead a planning team including two Account Directors, two Account Managers, an Account Executive, and an Intern.
• Maintain high operational standards, with strong governance, timelines, and resource management.
