Havas International in Puteaux is seeking an International Media Assistant for a 6‑month internship starting in October or November. The role involves coordinating with global media experts, supporting campaign management across channels and assisting in client requests.

Ideal candidates are Bac+4/5 students in communication/marketing/management, fluent in French and English, and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Equal opportunities employer and remote/no remote option are specified.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 in communication, marketing or management.
• Organized and rigorous by nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.
• Interest in marketing, advertising and media.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• First internship in an agency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with various media experts (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline).
• Brief and challenge media recommendations; monitor timelines; campaign follow-up.
• Respond to client requests with appropriate media activations.
• Stay updated on market trends and media, data, and tech innovations.
• Support cross-functional projects and ad hoc studies; assist in financial monitoring.
• Coordinate with local markets for briefing follow-up and daily support.
