Job summary

Natixis is offering a 6-month internship in the Global Market Operations department, Sector CTFD, as a Legal Management Assistant starting January 2027. You will support collateral contracts across OTC, REPO and SEC LENDING, input details in Calypso, and help monitor contracts within EMIR and DFA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance with BAC+5 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of front-office processing chain in Capital Markets.
• Experience in derivatives, repo, SLB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage collateral contracts on OTC, REPO and SEC LENDING derivatives.
• Enter operational characteristics in Calypso system.
• Control parameters of legal contracts in the tool.
• Propose solutions to manage contractual operational impacts.
• Improve the permanent contract monitoring file.
• Track portfolio reconciliations in internal tools and TriResolve.
• Reconcile operations under EMIR and DFA regulations.
