Safran Seats Customer Support & Services is seeking a Marketing & Sales Planning professional to align departmental objectives with the Safran Seats strategy and to contribute to new services initiatives. You will perform worldwide market potential analyses, identify trends and threats, develop marketing plans, and assemble sales packages and reports.

Strong English and IT tools proficiency are required; international experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business School/University/Engineering School with at least 5 years professional experience in a similar position and in technical/industrial environment.
• Fluent in English. An international experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI). Familiar with marketing process and tools.

Responsabilités

• to manage Marketing objectives & participate to the implementation of new services
• Her/his role is also to ensure alignment between the objectives and strategy of the Safran Seats Customers Support & Services and Safran Seats business unit in collaboration with all Safran team front and back office.
• Perform worldwide analyzed market potential and penetration at a detailed level on specific subject in accordance with Safran Seats Customer Support & Services management
• Identify and anticipate market trends and threats that could have an impact on sales (both short term and long term)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new aftermarket products and Services, participate in building the related business case and marketing plan
• Performing market studies and analysis on business opportunities
• Identify New revenue streams using company data,
• Participate in Sale strategy
• Create sales package & marketing report
• Propose new services
• Build and support Financial milestone (Budget and Mid Term Plan)
• Report Weekly Sales and Order intake
