Job summary

Calyxia is seeking a Communications Intern to support global communication programs across key market segments. You will work with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams to shape clear messaging that strengthens positioning and growth.

The role focuses on content creation and strategy across channels, including brochures, web content, social media, events, and trade shows. Brand consistency with distributors is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, or a similar field.
• Operational and communications-oriented profile.
• Experience in industrial/industrial setting communications.
• Experience in graphic design.
• Global outlook and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• French proficiency is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support business development team in graphic design, website and social media updates.
• Execute marketing communication plans for Calyxia across market segments.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs and seminars.
• Act as graphic designer for all media needs (offline and online).
• Measure results and budget expenditure of all Marcom activities.
• Develop and maintain the Calyxia website for direct sales and distributors.
• Ensure consistency of Calyxia’s logos, product names, and codes.
