A global leader in animal health is seeking a Global Maintenance Lead to define and implement the maintenance strategy across all production sites. The role focuses on innovative practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with various teams to enhance productivity. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering, and be proficient in both French and English. Located at the Libourne Headquarters, the position involves up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in technical lead manufacturing, maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management.
• Knowledge of vaccine technologies and Total Productive Maintenance principles is considered an asset.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, including GMP.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the global maintenance strategy across all Ceva production sites.
• Partner with Finance and OPEX teams to propose an asset structure for efficient work order management.
• Design the optimal maintenance organisation by identifying key roles.
