Job summary

Sonepar is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to define, validate and evolve the Microsoft 365 platform across a global, decentralized environment. You will balance technical innovation with security and business risk, partnering with Cybersecurity and project teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a Microsoft 365 platform for a large company in an international environment.
• Ability to influence and lead technical internal & external teams.
• Experience working with decentralized teams across locations.
• Proven track record with M365 Managed Services and Adoption projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve the target M365 architecture (services, configurations, security).
• Review and validate technical solutions to ensure security, scalability and governance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align with risk and compliance.
• Support Run teams during incidents and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
