Reporting to the Head of IT, you will lead infrastructure and end‑user support, ensuring secure, reliable systems for teams in international locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and support environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing IT service delivery.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Available to travel within France and Europe.
