Pluxee is seeking a Deputy Head of Global IT Control Tower to drive the maturity and expansion of the Global Control Tower operating model, ensuring alignment with business and technology priorities.

You will lead governance, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating across international teams and external partners, with travel as needed to support transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent Service Management qualification is a plus.
• 8+ years in IT Operations, Service Management, or IT Transformation.
• Experience leading distributed international teams.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of French/Spanish/Portuguese advantageous.
