Job summary

BYD France is expanding its IT team, seeking an IT Business Analyst to manage digital transformation projects, gather requirements, and ensure deployments align with business needs across Europe.

You will liaise with local business teams, the EU IT team, and HQ in China, own project coordination, coordinate testing and training, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, with a structured and solution-driven approach.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, digital transformation, or business process mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and analysis of business and user requirements across departments.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development teams.
• Take ownership of IT project coordination, ensuring timeline, scope and quality are met.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and propose system enhancements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues and system usage.
• Organize and deliver training sessions to key users and provide ongoing system support.
• Conduct testing, UAT validation, and ensure successful deployment of new system features.
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides for local operations.
• Ensure compliance of IT systems with legal and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with the Legal Department.
