Job Description

Within the International team, and reporting to both the Global Retail Manager and the Global Education Project Manager for Kilian Paris and Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, you will support the deployment of global retail excellence and education strategies across regions.

This transversal role combines international retail operations and global education support, offering strong exposure to luxury fragrance, cross-functional collaboration, and international project coordination.

RETAIL MISSIONS
  • Support the development and enhancement of Global and region-specific retail tools and guidelines (store opening procedures, retail execution best practices).
  • Create and distribute Retail Packages to ensure efficient and consistent campaign rollouts across regions.
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses through store visits and competitive monitoring (newsletters, insights sharing).
  • Support Visual Merchandising projects, including:
    • Creating and maintaining VM project calendars.
    • Gathering, consolidating, and coordinating VM needs from regional teams for each campaign.
    • Assist in the creation of presentations for regional teams and retail partners (retailer presentations, internal decks).
EDUCATION MISSIONS
  • Education Tools & Content Support
  • Support the creation of global education tools linked to product launches, brand storytelling, and selling behaviors.
  • Adapt existing global education content to meet regional and retailer-specific needs
  • Support the upload, maintenance, and organization of content on the e-learning platform (LMS).
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of seasonal global training moments (Train-the-Trainer sessions, regional rollouts).
  • Assist with timelines, content tracking, and follow-up across education projects.
Regional Support & Community Animation
  • Act as a point of contact for the global education community by helping share updates, tools, and best practices (Teams, shared platforms).
  • Support clear communication between Global Education and regional teams, ensuring requests and feedback are documented and followed up.
Profile
  • End-of-studies or gap-year internship (Bac +4/5).
  • Previous experience in retail, education, or a customer-facing environment is a strong plus.
  • Strong interest in luxury and niche fragrance.
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluent in French is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel and digital tools (LMS experience is a plus).
