Headmatch is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join an international manufacturing environment in Reims. You will strengthen the internal control framework, ensure financial compliance and support business performance across sites.

The role offers exposure to multi-site governance and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of audit experience, solid SOX/COSO knowledge, SAP expertise, and strong data analytics.

Qualificações

• 6–7 years of experience in Internal Audit or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO, risk management and audit methodologies.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with data analytics and internal control testing.
• Fluent in English; French, Spanish or German are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review financial processes, identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Lead walkthroughs and assess effectiveness of internal controls.
• Plan and conduct internal audits across financial, operational and compliance areas.
• Analyse audit findings, present recommendations to management and monitor corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management, external auditors and other assurance teams.
• Contribute to improving audit methodologies, processes and reporting standards.
