Pernod Ricard is seeking a curious and analytical intern to join the Global Non-Alcoholics Innovation team at Pernod Ricard HQ in Paris. You will turn data, market signals and consumer insights into clear business recommendations and strong presentations.

As Global Innovation & Business Analyst Intern, you will support three workstreams: category/BI analysis, innovation project delivery, and knowledge building for the non-alcoholic spirits portfolio across markets like the UK, Germany,

Qualifications

Master’s student in business, engineering, or related field.
Experience in business analysis, consulting, FMCG, category management, market research, or strategy.
Strong numerical skills and ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build clean analyses and concise slides.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Responsabilités

Analyze category and business data using Nielsen/IWSR to identify performance drivers, opportunities and risks.
Support Non-Alc innovation projects through the internal NPD process from framing to launch readiness.
Prepare monthly competitive updates and maintain trackers and knowledge materials used by the global team.
Coordinate tastings and stakeholder feedback to inform product development.
