Oticon/ITSA Medical, based in Vallauris, France, seeks an Information Security & Compliance Manager to lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and ISMS program. You will define security policies, drive risk management, and coordinate audits across geographies.

You will collaborate with DPO, IT, operations, and medical leadership to ensure GDPR compliance, ISO 27001 alignment, and safeguarding of health data. This role entails active leadership and cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Security.
• 5–10 years of experience as a CISO or in a similar information security leadership role.
• Hands-on experience leading an ISO 27001 ISMS with end-to-end project management responsibility.
• Strong command of GDPR, ISO 27001, HDS, EBIOS RM.
• Strong technical expertise: secure architecture, IAM management, SOC/SIEM, PKI, vulnerability management and cyber crisis management.
• Strong leadership and executive-level communication; ability to translate complex topics for senior management.
• Knowledge of AI, generative AI security risks, AI governance, and responsible AI principles.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and deploy the Information Systems Security Policy and the ISO 27001‑based ISMS.
• Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, HDS, and healthcare data protection requirements.
• Lead cybersecurity risk management, asset and risk mapping, reporting to senior management.
• Define and oversee secure architecture, IAM, monitoring tools, encryption, and certificate management.
• Supervise backup, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and cyber crisis exercises.
• Prepare and support audits, penetration tests, vulnerability scans, remediation plans, and threat monitoring.
• Deploy cybersecurity awareness initiatives and manage security requirements for suppliers and subcontractors.
