FORVIA seeks a Group Industrial Digital Project Leader (m/f) to drive global development, implementation and deployment of digital projects (F-Asset, CAPLA, CARgo) for capacity planning across the group. This leader coordinates resources, sets priorities, and leads cross-functional teams in a complex, multi-site environment.

The role reports to the Group Industrial Strategy Director and could be based in Nanterre or other Forvia locations in Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial project management, digital or operations.
• Experience in transformation projects, esp. with Plant/Operations areas.
• Experience in cross-functional and multi-site project coordination.
• Solid project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define global specifications with cross-BG stakeholders across regions.
• Lead and coordinate development teams for CARgo, F-Asset and CAPLA.
• Ensure full integration of CAPLA, F-Asset and CARgo within the digital ecosystem.
• Lead resources and set priorities with BGs/Divisions managers weekly.
• Organize monthly Steering Committees with BG IVPs and leaders to present progress.
• Act as Data quality Owner in Palantir and CARgo for Asset/TEEP/CAPEX.
