Job summary

Egis is seeking a Health, Safety and Security (HSS) Manager to implement the HSS strategy in a subregion and contribute to Group Security globally. The role blends operational delivery with governance across safety, health, and security, focusing on risk management, travel security, and security intelligence.

You will collaborate with regional leadership and project teams to strengthen HSS performance and support Group Security priorities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health, Safety and Security.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HSS in international environments.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigations.
• Ability to influence behaviours and engage stakeholders across cultures.
• Strong understanding of HSS risk management including geopolitical risks.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and travel security platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide subregional HSS support and improve frameworks.
• Monitor HSS performance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate risk assessments, incidents, audits, and assurance.
• Promote HSS culture and Egis CARE attitude.
• Support Group Security through risk assessments and travel security.
• Produce security assessments and risk reports.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and project teams.
