A leading gaming company is looking for a Global HR Business Partner to support their Online Services. Responsibilities include coordinating HR processes, running talent reviews, and ensuring compliance with group policies. Essential qualifications include proficiency in English and French, strong influencing skills, and experience in international HR management. The role involves a hybrid work model with flexible days.
Within the International HR teams, who work on global strategy and support for the group, you will join the Transversal Tech HR department.
The role of Global HR Business Partner dedicated to the Online Services department is to support the HR Transversal Tech team in nurturing and growing the talent within their direct and functional team with a focus on :
You work in collaboration with HR Transversal Excellence and Development teams, Group COEs and key stakeholders.

Also, this role requires:

Our office is located in Saint Mandé, (Metro line 1, Saint Mandé station). Gym available in the building. According to Ubisoft's hybrid work model, our flexible work policy includes a minimum of 3 days a week in our Saint-Mandé office and the remaining 2 days working from home
