A global fintech partner is seeking a Global Head of Presales to lead a cross-functional team in accelerating the adoption of modern digital banking solutions. This role requires senior leadership experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in banking or fintech sectors. The position involves defining go-to-market strategies and supporting country teams to drive successful sales execution. This position may be based in Paris, Brussels, London or Dubai with the option to work remotely.
The Head of Digital Growth Squad leads a transversal community of Digital Solutions Sales Specialists dedicated to accelerating the adoption and sales of SBS’s modern offerings: Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending, Digital Payments (e.g., Wero), Open Banking along with the upcoming bank‑specific AI solutions.
This role focuses on coaching, coordination and enablement, not hierarchy. The mission is to ensure that all specialists, while anchored in their country sales organisations, operate as a single high‑performing global team; sharing knowledge, playbooks and competitive insight to win more consistently against niche digital competitors.
