Responsabilités

  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly closings.
  • Update and maintain global and regional performance dashboards.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate financial data from subsidiaries.
  • Support financial forecasts, variance analyses, and management reporting.
  • Improve and maintain financial models and reporting templates.
  • Provide data insights for ongoing finance transformation projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial insights.

Join the Global Finance Team at Royal Canin (Mars Inc.) and kick‑start your career in a truly international, purpose‑driven business. You’ll contribute to key financial operations while gaining hands‑on experience in a global ecosystem dedicated to improving the health of cats and dogs through nutrition.

What are we looking for?
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s equivalent).

  • A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in finance, accounting, or data analysis is an advantage.

  • Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation

  • Basic to intermediate Power BI skills, with a strong appetite to progress.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work on time.

  • Curious and proactive, able to work independently while thriving in a multicultural team environment.

  • Fluent in English (B2+).

What will be your key responsibilities?
Financial reporting & performance tracking
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly closings.

  • Update and maintain global and regional performance dashboards (Power BI).

Global consolidation
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate financial data from more than 50 subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Forecasting & analysis
  • Support financial forecasts, variance analyses, and management reporting for decision‑making.

Tools, processes & data optimisation
  • Improve and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and automation tools to streamline operations.

Ad‑hoc analysis & support
  • Provide data insights and analytical support for ongoing finance transformation projects.

Cross‑functional collaboration
  • Work closely with teams across finance, marketing, sales, supply and innovation to understand how financial insights drive business performance.
