Bel Group is seeking an Export Demand Planner LATAM & OVERSEAS (FOT) to develop sales forecasts across destinations using JDA and collaborate with sales, distributors, and marketing to align on forecasts and budgeting.

The role requires a Master’s in supply chain and 3-5 years in the field, with fluency in English and French, and experience with APS: JDA, BW, IBP. You will drive improvements and training for distributors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain; demand planning is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with forecasting tools (JDA, BW, IBP) is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and statistics understanding.
• Knowledge of local distributors, products and channels.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• APICS certification knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales forecasts for each destination using JDA.
• Feed into S&OP and long-term budgeting processes.
• Optimize JDA usage by modeling, adjusting forecasts, and adding new products.
• Lead monthly forecast meetings with sales, marketing, and distributors.
• Monitor MAD, bias, and service rate, and propose optimizations.
• Recommend order schedules based on forecast analyses with distributors.
• Coach distributors in forecasting and ordering functions.
• Lead improvement projects (automated reporting, tool enhancements).
