Sanofi is seeking a senior leader to head Global Ethics and Business Integrity Principles, Learning and Communications in Paris (Gentilly). The role drives the EBI 2030 strategy, updates the Code of Conduct, and leads global learning programs across geographies, leveraging AI and analytics to improve training effectiveness and ensure integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global compliance principles and learning programs in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Hands-on LMS management and analytics experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for compliance learning.

Responsabilités

• Evolve Sanofi's Code of Conduct with global rollout communications and training.
• Oversee Global Compliance Learning modules and governance, coordinating with P&C and risk management.
• Lead design and deployment of global compliance learning programs with measurable impact.
• Drive the global EBI communications strategy and learning analytics modernization.
• Support regional compliance teams with strategic guidance and resources.
• Set and maintain global EBI principles and procedures with risk owners.
