Job summary

Tata Communications in Paris seeks an Account Manager to lead global enterprise relationships, driving digital transformation across connectivity, cloud, security and collaboration services. You will be accountable for profitable growth and cross-functional governance with C-level stakeholders.

With 12+ years in enterprise sales, you will develop long-term plans, close multi-tower deals, and travel internationally as needed to expand wallet share across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise sales or global client services.
• Experience managing multi-country accounts and hitting targets.
• Fluent English and German; multilingual is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global customer relationship for strategic accounts across geographies.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and new offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored telecom and ICT solutions.
• Develop long-term account plans and achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate global contracts and governance with SLAs.
