Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is offering an end-of-studies internship in Paris for a Global Education Assistant (H/F). You will help develop education materials for a reimagined social-media education platform and work with global teams across markets.

You will gain hands-on experience in international project management, content creation, and digital education, with some remote work and exposure to high-visibility projects in the global brand relaunch.

Qualifications

• End of studies internship; business school not mandatory.
• English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• French fluency (written and spoken) is an asset.
• Market knowledge, product awareness, analytical, rigorous, organized, excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Description

The Global Education Assistant will play an active role in the development and deployment of the brand’s education tools. This position is part of an exciting brand relaunch, where traditional e-learning is being reimagined into a dynamic Instagram-based education platform designed to inspire and engage our global community. This role offers a hands-on experience in international project management, content creation, and digital education, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with multiple global stakeholders and to contribute to high-visibility projects at both the global and local level.

• Tools Creation:
  • Develop new education materials and assets in collaboration with relevant global teams to support brand relaunch and product novelties. Able to innovate in digital first content, including social media.
  • Contribute to the development and animation of our Instagram-based education platform.
• Community Animation:
  • Collaborate with all markets to ensure materials/programs have regional relevance. Analyze learning needs & convert them into innovative education material.
  • Ensure highest standards of execution of education programs

Profile

End of studies internship - business school NOT mandatory Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory / Fluency in French (written and spoken) is an asset. Market knowledge, product awareness, analytical, rigorous, organized, excellent interpersonal skills. A previous experience in a retail environment is highly appreciated.
