Job summary

Parfums de Marly in Paris is seeking a Global Demand and Distribution Planning Manager to drive the group-wide S&OP process and consolidate demand forecasts. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance and Operations to ensure a reliable plan and clear visibility.

The role requires 3–5 years in Demand Planning/S&OP, strong Excel and SAP ByDesign experience, and a proactive, data-driven mindset. Cosmetics/luxury background valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in Demand Planning and/or S&OP roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/DRP systems; SAP ByDesign is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and structure the monthly regional S&OP cycle.
• Highlight risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Ensure alignment around a consolidated forecast.
• Prepare and facilitate key meetings (Demand, Inventory, Executive).
