Gallium Defense is seeking a Sales Director to own international commercial development, closing multi-million-euro contracts with defense and civil operators worldwide.

You will lead complex bids, navigate export-control constraints, and build a commercial function from the ground up. The role requires travel, industry representation, and strong cross-cultural negotiation skills across Europe and allied nations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex, high-value B2B/B2G sales (defense/aerospace or regulated hardware).
• Proven track record closing multi-million-euro international deals.
• Deep understanding of defense export controls and government procurement.

Responsabilités

• Deal origination & closing: identify, pursue and close multi-million-euro contracts worldwide.
• Complex bid management: coordinate bids across technical, legal, and export-control workstreams.
• Export control & defense compliance: navigate regimes and procurement processes to structure compliant deals.
• Team & network building: hire/lead sales talent and recruit a network of agents.
• Negotiation & deal structuring: manage pricing, terms, offsets and clauses.
• Relationship management: maintain long-term relations with procurement officers and government stakeholders.
