Syniti is seeking a Lead Data Consultant to provide leadership in data migration programs for global clients. You will plan approaches for moderately complex projects, coordinate delivery centers or managed service teams, and collaborate with functional consultants to meet customer value targets.

You will apply your data skills and the Syniti platform to design, build, and deploy data objects, ensuring effective migration outcomes and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETL, data migration, data quality and data analysis.
• Functional ERP experience with multiple ERP implementations.
• Proven track record on large, complex data projects.
• Degree in Computer Science or other technology field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of data migration programs for one or more projects.
• Partner with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements.
• Design, build and deploy data migrations using Syniti tools and platform.
• Develop conversion objects and data migration rules per specs.
• Ensure end-to-end data loads, reconciliations, and status updates.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress to PMO and leadership.
• Travel up to 100% as required by project needs.
