ThunderSoft is seeking an experienced engineer to ensure reliable data integration from BMS/EPMS systems at overseas data centers and to organize local teams for CMDB topology diagrams. The role also covers EMS measurement point integration, alarm convergence, and emergency response drills.

The candidate will drive controls technology deployments globally, assess system optimizations, and supervise on-site supplier work, with strong cross-cultural collaboration and English documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center O&M or quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/EPMS and communications protocols.
• Ability to lead cross-cultural teams and coordinate overseas support.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliability of operational data integration from BMS/EPMS systems at overseas data centers.
• Organize local FM/FE teams in CMDB topology diagrams.
• Organize local teams in surveying, integrating, governing, and optimizing EMS measurement points.
• Organize local FM/FE teams in alarm convergence, EOP integration, and emergency response drills.
• Evaluate controls technology optimizations and standardize solutions for recurring issues.
• Conduct risk inspections, change reviews, O&M optimization assessments, maintenance audits, and audits.
• Drive deployment of controls technologies across global data centers for reliable automated control.
• Supervise suppliers' on-site change work and manage deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization, and policy configuration.
