Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in a 4A agency in Europe/US, 3+ years with an international automotive brand, and willingness to travel. Native English; EU work rights are required. Travel across European countries is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Creative Director at a 4A agency in Europe or the US.
• At least 3 years serving a leading international automotive brand.
• Proven track record launching a high-profile vehicle model.
• Willing to travel frequently across European countries.
• Right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Understand the European and US ad landscape; interpret client needs and lead final creative output.
• Lead creative development for brand/model assets including TVCs, videos, KV and visuals.
• Supervise production of video and print assets to meet expectations.
• Manage the creative team and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
