Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Contracts Manager to safeguard contractual positions throughout the project lifecycle and mitigate risks across EMEA. You will partner with Project Management, Controlling, and Procurement to ensure compliance and timely decisions.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, strong negotiation, and fluency in English, with additional languages valued. A travel-friendly, hybrid work setup is available for this 18-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and claim management for large-scale projects.
• Ability to analyze contracts and draft amendments clearly.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a solution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify contractual risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Safeguard Dematic’s contractual position across the project lifecycle.
• Support governance and approval documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align across project phases.
• Monitor obligations: payments, guarantees, bonds, and other commitments.
• Lead contract settlements and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
