Coty is seeking a Consumer Insights & Trends Project Assistant for a 6-month placement in our central Paris offices, starting January 2027. You will collaborate with international teams across Marketing, Trade, Media and R&D to support both daily operations and strategic initiatives in a global beauty company.

You will report to the Directors of the Luxury Global Trends & Prospective and Luxury Global Fragrance Insights & Strategy departments, work on cross-functional projects, build

• Basic statistics knowledge and comfort working with numbers.
• Excellent project management, initiative, and ability to defend recommendations.
• Detail oriented, rigorous, and proactive in approach.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with international teams across Marketing, Trade, Media and R&D to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with trends deployment and engagement across multiple beauty categories: fragrance, makeup, skincare.
• Lead your own project to educate and engage a company-wide audience on a trending topic.
• Support consumer research studies: questionnaire and discussion guide development, testing materials, syntheses and recommendations.
• Build and maintain databases and KPI reporting systems.
