Innovative Trials is seeking a Clinical Enrolment Manager (CEM) to drive global clinical trial success by optimizing patient recruitment and retention. The role is a contract engagement of at least one year, with travel within the country to support trial sites, either virtually or on-site.

The CEM will work 1:1 with sites, providing coaching, site optimization, and reporting to accelerate enrollment and ensure study milestones are met across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Word/Google Docs.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with Skype (or similar platforms).

Responsabilités

• Boost patient recruitment for clinical trials through site optimization services.
• Provide hands-on recruitment and retention support to sites.
• Conduct in-person or virtual site visits to increase trial awareness.
• Offer telephone-based coaching to motivate sites and explore strategies.
• Identify patient pathways and distribute materials across facilities.
• Maintain engagement and momentum with recruitment efforts.
• Share best practices and report on call/follow-up activities.
