Job summary

ITW Automotive Group in Beauchamp (Île-de-France) seeks an experienced Product Designer for automotive plastic fasteners and small components. You will design, develop and drive industrialization from concept to serial production, collaborating with Account Managers, Quality technicians, and Manufacturing teams across multiple European sites.

The role requires 5+ years in plastics, CATIA V5 CAD, DFMEA, and fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in plastic manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in CAD, especially CATIA V5.
• Experience with DFMEA and technical drawings.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Knowledge of material selection and industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic fasteners for serial production.
• Deliver CAD and manufacturing drawings per requirements.
• Lead DFMEA and validation planning activities.
• Provide technical support to Account Managers.
• Collaborate with ITW plants and global teams.
