Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Director of Aseptic Production to lead the AP department strategy and a team of about ten leaders across a ~100-employee scope. The role emphasizes safety, quality, timelines, costs, productivity, and people development in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

You will manage end-to-end value chain activities, partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance, and drive continuous improvement and budget decisions while promoting a culture

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science/engineering/pharmacy or equivalent
• 6–7 years of management experience in pharma/cosmetics
• Strong aseptic production and GMP knowledge
• Proven coaching and leadership development skills
• Experience managing budgets and investments
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken

Responsabilités

• Translate the AP department strategy into clear operational objectives, priorities, and KPIs.
• Drive service performance across safety, quality, timelines, costs, and people development.
• Ensure aseptic activities are controlled with GMP, EHS, regulatory requirements; challenge deviations.
• Coach ~10 leaders and develop successors with clear responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and site partners.
• Lead end-to-end value chain with data-driven decisions and cross-functional impact.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and productivity across the service.
• Develop and manage the service budget, resources, headcount, and investments.
• Engage stakeholders with transparent communication in a high-pace, international site.
