Taleez in Billy-Berclau, Hauts-de-France, is seeking a Process Acceleration Specialist to drive rapid implementation of process and equipment upgrades across our gigafactory operations. You will leverage an international network, multilingual communication, and strong project management to boost manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and reliability.

You will lead deployment of new processes, align cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with European standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing acceleration.
• Strong international network of suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills in Korean, French, and English.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-border projects within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with European manufacturing standards and compliance requirements.
• Background in industrial operations, automotive, or gigafactory environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment of new processes and equipment upgrades at gigafactory level with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Identify and implement global best practices from an international network.
• Duplicate changes across machines and lines and redefine baseline parameters after changes.
• Train operators on the newest equipment and processes.
• Utilize an international network to source cutting-edge equipment and innovations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for rapid decision-making and alignment.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Ensure all changes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of process improvement projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and scalable solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate upgrade impact to ensure sustained benefits.
