The successful candidate will blend technology with creativity to foster skill development and help teams adapt to digital transformation. Responsibilities include creating programs, tracking engagement, and developing knowledge-sharing resources. The Learning & Development Team is part of the People organization at Gorgias.
We design and deliver impactful programs that help every Gorgian grow, from onboarding to leadership development to AI adoption. Our mission is to empower teams to learn faster, work smarter, and thrive in a fast‑changing SaaS environment.
You’ll join a high‑impact function driving AI‑enabled learning transformation, helping 400+ employees leverage new tools and mindsets to scale their impact.

You’ll help shape how 400+ team members adopt AI across roles, teams, and workflows — making Gorgias one of the most AI‑fluent companies in SaaS.
By the end of your internship, you’ll have designed programs that accelerate learning and digital transformation at scale, a portfolio you’ll be proud to share anywhere.
