Job summary

Safran Systèmes d’Atterrissage in the Bordeaux region is seeking an Industrialization Project Manager to lead technical coordination and manage DVI processes across pre-industrialization, industrialization, and series life.

You will work with Design Office, Methods, Purchasing, Quality, Production and Supply Chain, master SAP and Office tools, and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, using your strong analytical and negotiation skills to arbitrate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-industrialization development and draft technical/financial proposals in collaboration with Design Office/Method Office, Purchasing, Quality, Production and Supply Chain.
• Oversee the industrialization project, ensure compliance, and manage progress reporting.
• Supervise admin flows (SAP project openings, order receipt, acknowledgments) and delivery of project deliverables.
• Monitor the series life and ensure alignment with commercial commitments and cost framework.

Job description

As part of the development of our Additive Manufacturing activities in the Bordeaux region, we are looking for Industrialization Pilots to intervene in technical and project management work, technical coordination, and be the guarantors of the DVI process.

Your missions are broken down into 3 phases:

1. Pre-industrialization development:

• Analysis of the end customer's expression of need, proposal of a pre-industrial development project compatible with this need, drafting of a Technical and Financial Proposal compliant with the commitment capacity of the various customer trades involved in the industrialization project (Design Office / Method Office, Industrial Methods, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain).
• Management of the administrative flow (receipt of customer order, sending an acknowledgment of receipt, opening of the project lot in SAP).
• Launch and management of activities in accordance with customer commitment (internal and external progress reporting).
• Management of the various deliverables proposed.

2. Industrialization project:

• Verification with the end customer of the understanding of all their requirements, proposal of an industrialization project compatible with this need, drafting of a Technical and Financial Proposal compliant with the commitment capacity of the various customer trades involved in the industrialization project (Design Office / Method Office, Industrial Methods, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain).
• Management of the administrative flow (receipt of customer order, analysis of its compliance, sending an acknowledgment of receipt, opening of the project lot in SAP).
• Launch and management of activities in accordance with customer commitment (internal and external progress reporting).
• Management of the various deliverables proposed including the drafting of the DVI PPAP according to GRP0165.

3. Series life:

• Monitoring of the series production of parts to meet the industrial performance commitments expected from customers and the internal economic framework compliant with the validated estimate.
