Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume PMG store operation.

You will drive profitability through team development, operational excellence, and sales execution while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and team morale. The GM will select, develop, and supervise a capable management team, ensure adherence to PMG values, and coordinate with store operations to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or better; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience leading and building a highly effective team.
• Experience selecting, training, and performance management of staff.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to coach, develop teams and implement positive change.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to multitask.
• Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
