ADC Facility - Leading Pharmaceutical Group is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the local strategic plan, ensuring profitability and strong market performance.

The role entails overseeing P&L, budgets, and major negotiations with pharmaceutical clients, while leading a diverse leadership team and building relationships with health authorities and research partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical or Management Engineering).
• 10–15 years in pharma/biotech with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Knowledge of ADCs or experience with biological antigens and compliance (Annex 1).
• Excellent leadership, strategic vision, results orientation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in French or English.

ADC Facility - Leading Pharmaceutical Group

THE ROLE

• Strategy Definition and Implementation: Develop and implement the medium-to-long-term strategic plan for the local market, in line with the global objectives of the parent company.
• P&L and Financial Management: Hold full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) statement, annual budget, cost control, and overall profitability of the branch.
• Business Development Partnership: Support the commercial team in the most complex strategic negotiations and long-term contracts (Master Service Agreements - MSA) with pharmaceutical clients.
• Leadership and Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the leadership team (Commercial Director, Marketing Manager, Market Access Director, Regulatory Affairs, HR, and Finance), promoting a corporate culture based on performance, integrity, and diversity.
• Institutional Relations and Stakeholder Management: Represent the company in relations with health institutions, scientific societies, research centers, and patient associations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical or Management Engineering).
• Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience gained in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector, with a significant portion (at least 5 years) in leadership roles.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of ADCs (antibody-drug conjugates) or, alternatively, experience with biological antigens, fill-and-finish services for mammalian biologics, and the ability to manage Annex 1 compliance.
• Managerial Skills: Excellent leadership qualities, strategic vision, strong results orientation, and outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Languages: Fluency in French or English.
