Betclic Group is seeking a GenAI Finance Ops Expert to accelerate Generative AI adoption across the Finance organization. You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Data and Engineering to design AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and scalability in Finance processes.

You will redefine operating models, lead AI-enabled workflows, and drive change management through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing across international teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and operating models.
• Experience with Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation or AI projects.

Responsabilités

• Define the future-state Finance operating model by redesigning FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, P2P, Consolidation to leverage GenAI capabilities.
• Accelerate GenAI adoption across Group Finance and promote AI-driven continuous improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI opportunities across corporate finance processes.
• Drive the Finance GenAI roadmap aligned with Finance leadership priorities.
• Own GenAI Finance knowledge management framework: assets, prompts, documentation, standards, best practices.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching.

As GenAI Finance Ops Expert, you will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of Generative AI across Betclic's Finance organization. Working at the crossroads of Finance, Technology, Data, and Change Management, you will design and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform the way Finance teams operate.

You will identify high-impact opportunities, redesign Finance processes, deploy AI assistants and intelligent workflows, and drive the adoption of innovative ways of working. By partnering with Finance leaders, Product, Data, and Engineering teams, you will contribute to building a more efficient, scalable, and AI-enabled Finance organization.

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Define the future-state Finance operating model by redesigning Finance functions (FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, P2P, Consolidation, etc.) to fully leverage Generative AI capabilities.
• Accelerate AI adoption across the Group Finance organization and establish a culture of AI-driven continuous improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI opportunities across all corporate finance processes.
• Drive the Finance AI roadmap aligned with Finance leadership priorities.

Finance Process Optimization

• Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered Finance applications, acting as product owner and project manager and leveraging modern AI development tools.
• Support Finance teams in moving from manual activities toward augmented and autonomous processes.
• Shadow and review existing processes within all finance teams and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Implement workflow automation solutions leveraging GenAI technologies.
• Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver solutions.

Enablement & Change Management

• Own the GenAI Finance knowledge management framework, ensuring AI assets, prompts, documentation, standards, and best practices are maintained, shared, and continuously improved across the Finance organization.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives across Finance teams.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Promote best practices in prompting, AI-assisted analysis, and productivity.
• Coordinate enablement and change management strategy with the support of the GenAI Program central team.
• Track adoption, team onboarding and value creation KPIs.

• You have experience working on Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, or AI-related projects.

• You are comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong project management skills.
• You are an excellent communicator capable of driving change and engaging diverse audiences.
