TNP Consultants is seeking a Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Consulting Manager to accelerate the expansion of our Data & AI practice and deliver high-impact transformation programs for clients in France and beyond.

The role leads Generative AI initiatives, advises C-level stakeholders on GenAI strategy and responsible adoption, and grows a team of consultants across technical and ethical AI dimensions, contributing to offers, business development, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 5–8 years of experience, including hands-on Generative AI projects in consulting or industry.
• Solid experience with RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Good understanding of cloud AI ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale Generative AI initiatives from use case definition to industrialization.
• Advise C-level and senior stakeholders on GenAI strategy and responsible adoption.
• Manage and grow a team of consultants across technical and ethical AI dimensions.
• Contribute to the development of Data & AI practice (offers, business development, thought leadership).
• Design and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs, agents, and diffusion models.
