Voodoo in Paris is seeking a talented video ads creator to join the Growth team. You will craft scroll-stopping mobile campaigns for Gen Z (18+) that drive app installs and fuel user growth across markets, while maintaining brand safety.

Benchmark competitors and trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, translate insights into high-performing ads, and relentlessly test formats. Leverage AI tools to speed production, and monitor CTR, CPI, and retention to iterate campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
• Experience creating mobile video ads for Gen Z audiences
