Picnic invites ambitious graduates to join the Future Leaders Graduate Program – Business Analytics, a two-year launchpad that embeds you in a business team from day one. You’ll own a business topic, develop analytics and strategic skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, and work with teams across NL, DE, and FR.

You’ll build real solutions, scaling your impact and leadership through mentorship, hands-on projects, and structured learning paths in a fast-growing European company.

Qualifications

• Are about to graduate (or recently graduated) a Masters in a quantitative field.
• Experience in high-performance environments: consulting, fast-growth startups, or competitive internships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you build, improve, and take ownership without being asked.
• Think like a builder: hands-on, curious, and driven to challenge the status quo with practical solutions.
• EU citizenship or valid EU working permit required.
