credit-agricole-Amundi is seeking an Intern in Fund Manager Operations within Fund Channel in France. The role focuses on Rebates management for distributors, including calculations, reconciliations, and maintenance of conditions in the in-house system.

You will verify calculations, handle queries, and prepare finance reports for Asset Managers, contributing to accuracy and timely monthly/quarterly deliverables in a learning-focused internship.

Qualifications

• Production of monthly and quarterly Rebate calculations for distributors.
• Reconciliation of assets under management using distributor statements.
• Review and setup of Rebate conditions in the in-house system.
• Verify Rebate calculations and payments following established procedures.
• Respond to distributor queries about calculations, agreements and payments.
• Prepare reports to Asset Managers (accruals, interfaces, ad-hoc reports).

Responsabilités

• Produce monthly & quarterly Rebate calculations for distributors within agreed timeframes.
• Reconcile assets under management using distributor statements.
• Review and set up Rebate conditions and distributor network in the in-house system.
• Verify Rebate calculations and payments per procedures and controls.
• Investigate distributor queries related to calculations, agreements, and payments.
• Prepare reports to Asset Managers for Finance purposes (monthly accruals, payments interface, ad-hoc reporting).
