Made In Tracker is a deeptech startup in the traceability business. After many pivots, we're currently focused on a MedTech/RegTech tool.

We’re building innovative proof‑of‑concept projects and need experienced full‑stack freelancers who can deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code on tight deadlines.

This is not hourly work – it’s outcome‑based. You get detailed spec files, you deliver working PoCs, and you get paid upon successful delivery.

Obligations

• Deliver fully functional PoCs on agreed deadlines. • Meet all specifications and acceptance criteria defined in the provided docs. • Communicate progress and blockers promptly through the agreed channels.

Compensation

The contract is outcome‑based. 100 % payment is released if the product is fully delivered on time and meets the agreed specs; partial delivery receives prorated payment based on completed functionality.

Start & End Dates

Projects begin as soon as needed. Each mission is a sprint, re‑assigned regularly to the most suitable freelancer.

Flexible. Remote only.

Budget

15 k € overall, with per‑project budgets defined by expected outcome.

Experience & Autonomy

5‑10 years of full‑stack development experience with a proven ability to ship clean, maintainable code quickly, strong communication skills, and self‑direction.

3–5 core team members.
