Alan is hiring software engineers to join a team delivering mission-critical payroll, billing, and integration platforms across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You will help build the employee affiliation engine, streamline payroll tooling, and connect with Payfit and Workday to keep processes seamless and scalable.

Who we’re looking for

• We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full-stack experience.
• Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll.
• Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
• Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
• B2B experience is a plus!
• Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
• Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
• Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
