Primelis is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern to join our core Tech & Product team, building and optimizing MarTech solutions and data platforms. You will work across front-end and back-end layers, delivering features and APIs while participating in the full software lifecycle.

You will contribute to performance tuning, quality assurance, deployment, and documentation, with mentorship from senior developers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing 2nd year of a Master’s degree (or last year of Engineering School) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Signal Processing, Robotics, or a related technical field, looking for a final-year internship.
• Solid experience working with the Linux operating system.
• First hands-on experience in object-oriented programming, specifically with Python and JavaScript.
• Solid foundations in data modeling, database manipulation (SQL/NoSQL), mathematics, or applied statistics.
• Fluent in English or French (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Django, Flask, Vue.js, or React.js is a nice-to-have.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern, you will join our core Tech & Product team to build, scale, and optimize our proprietary MarTech solutions and internal data platforms. You will work on both front-end user experiences and robust back-end architectures, actively participating in the entire software development lifecycle.

Your main missions will include:

• Feature Delivery: Participate in the conception, design, and implementation of new front-end and back-end features.
• API Design: Develop scalable, secure, and easily maintainable RESTful APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Quality Assurance: Write clean, testable code and create Unit/Integration tests for both front and back-end modules.
• Deployment & Ops: Assist in deploying applications to staging and production environments.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and fix application issues as they arise.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for apps and features to ensure smooth team collaboration.
