Mistral AI in Paris is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build core systems powering our growth. You will work on internal tooling, integrations, connectors, and dashboards that streamline information flow across teams.

As a full-stack engineer, you will ship features end-to-end from APIs to user interfaces, collaborating with finance, operations, and engineering. The role offers hybrid office presence in Paris with flexible remote work and a competitive equity package.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain integrations, connectors, and workflows across internal systems such as CRM, billing, HRIS, and planning tools.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of reliable, maintainable, and scalable internal software.
• Ship end-to-end features, from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces and dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, engineering, and other teams to understand needs and translate them into software solutions.
• Improve internal processes by building self-service tools and dashboards that reduce manual work and support better decision-making.
• Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
