Jobtailor is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-impact internal business applications. You will define architectures, APIs, and data integrations, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-friendly software, integrate ERP/CRM/HRIS ecosystems, and advance engineering practices with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Development.
Significant experience in full-stack development.
Solid understanding of application architecture and integration challenges.
Experience with APIs, data, and interconnected systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS).

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and maintain high-impact internal business applications in operational condition.
Define technical architectures and foundations, including APIs, data, and integrations.
Ensure solutions are simple, robust, and scalable.
Work directly with business teams to transform complex requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions.
Integrate complex business rules, simulation capabilities, and multiple connections to existing systems.
Help evolve development practices through modern approaches and AI-enhanced tools.
Contribute to the transformation of the IT department toward modern engineering practices.
