Engineering Paris office Remote FullTime Mid level
The role is a hands-on full stack position inside a small product squad, building features across web, desktop and mobile along with the back-end services behind them. It asks for solid computer science basics, several years of real full stack work, strong React, and one server-side language such as Java, Kotlin, Go or Rust. A strong candidate cares about code quality, learns quickly and is happy working with product, ML and design people to get a feature from idea to production.
The product itself is built on AI, so the work covers multi-stage language model pipelines and agent workflows, along with everyday use of AI coding tools. AI can speed up writing code and drafts of features. People still have to decide what is safe to put into a patient record, design for flaky networks, and judge whether the output can be trusted in a clinical setting.
The work touches live audio transcription, automatic clinical notes and agent style workflows running at a volume of millions of visits a month. That gives close exposure to how AI features are made reliable and auditable in production. To prepare, build a small app that streams audio, calls a language model and checks its output, and practice using an AI coding assistant on real tasks.
